I don't know what to say April . I do know that I would very much appreciate your help. I'm pretty new to this and I could use your help. The air pressure has never been checked and I fear my life may be in danger . Every time I try to check them the white stick thingie stops at a different point. I have to hold it for ever to try to read it. By then the air pressure is to low to read and the tire is flat. I may be doing something wrong. You should come over ASAP.I have 3 chains that need to be cleaned so its pretty serious. I have always feared getting my fingers caught up in those gear things while attempting it. Also, last time I laid the bike on its side to clean the chain it got scratched. 2 are rolled up and hanging on the wall at the moment and you don't really need to worry about those unless you want to. Your welcome to use the lift in my garage during the inspection. I would very much like to ride up front one day.

i know you are new and that is why i offered my newly learned knowledge. no lift will be necessary. laying your bike on its side is perfectly ok....that way i can also examine your kickstand and get a good view of your radiator. make sure you have a nice blanket we can put under it...that will take care of the dilemma of scratching your bike.

it looks to me you are checking your tire pressure all wrong. what you are describing sounds like a failure in your tire pressure guage. you should really invest a little bit of money in that tool. never buy an electronic one. they are not accurate. a good guage will run you around $90. stay away from the 99cent ones. remember.....your bike is like a ferrari on 2 wheels. proper maint. is VERY important.

as far as all 3 of your chains....lets start with one at a time. i will do the first one and then you can practice on your other ones till you get good. i prefer to use wd40 to clean the chain. not as flamable as kerosene or diesel and the fumes actually smell good. its best to use it with the garage door shut. better results.....

we will get that lil busa of yours in tip top shape so you can ride in the front and show us how its done

Awesome response. You think the lift isn't necessary? Wait till you have one. You get spoiled real quick.
