Every dog has his day...but thanks anyways!

CMRA Race at MSR-Cresson, reporting in!

What an adventure this past weekend was for me! I decided to sign up for 7 races this time, and I knew it was gonna be gruesome with this Texas heat! Back to back races with bike/transponder swaps is NOT fun! In my 4th race my motor in my SV650 took a dump and was puffing smoke everywhere. The string of bad luck doesn't stop there though! In my 5th race (B Superbike Expert/Novice) we came up on a lapper earlier than expected. Well like the lapper who is a learning novice, I am a learning expert and made a rookie mistake. I should've waited one more turn to make the pass, but I have a one track mind, and I was focused on pushing forward so the guys I just passed could not catch back up. That mistake ended up with me slamming into the back of the lap rider and also ended my race weekend early. Luckily I was not hurt, and i'm glad the lapped rider did not go down either.

Thanks to the CMRA's staff, members, and cornerworkers for the smooth show. I'm always impressed with how things are handled.

Thanks to all my friends and family that race with us, spectate us, help us in the pits, and support our passion for racing motorcycles. Also huge thanks to Big Ant, Little Ant, and Lale for driving up from Houston just to come watch our races, we appreciate the support!

To all my sponsors or anybody else that has helped me in the past and the ones that continue to help me progress as a racer and as a person.

Dude. Stop crashing. Seriously.

Glad you're not hurt. Sorry about your engine - that's booty. Hope it's an easy fix and you'll be back out there in no time.
