tags renewal

I lost my renewal form and noticed my tags were out - can I just take my VIN and insurance up to the county tax off and get new tags?

or do they need something else?

No vin needed. Its gonna be on the ins card. They already have a record of you owning it. Just take monies and ins. proof.
