I thought you could leave the servo motor hooked up but just remove the cables and twist the servo so it thinks its wide open all the time. Atleast, thats how it was on my 10.

I believe is correct on 07. In my 09 i just removed the cables not wires, the servor runs all the time but it doesn't affect anything.

ya i have the same slip on and i left the wires but not cable for servo. i have the jumper mod so the servo does not move that way. my slip on works good just idle is kinda rough at low rpm. i think i need a power comander to fix it.

Thanks for all u guys' input....I ended up fixing it...When I removed the servo cables I remember turning the bolt on the servo itself to get them off..well when i did that I threw the servo out of phase or out of its threshold and thats what was causing the FI light...All I did was remove the "hexagon" peice and the bolt and twist it till the FI light went out

I just hope the light doesnt come on on WOT...i have my track plastics on so all i could do was ride it up and down my street
