Everything looks Normal, still running overly hot??

I recently bought a 99 F4 600, it has a yoshi pipe and new fairings (I'm assuming its jetted as well?). It was laid down, there are some scratches on the left cover but not to serious of a eye sore. My bike performs wonderfully, still wheelies through 3rd. But once the heat gets hot, so does the bike. The fan is coming on and it radiator lvl is full. When i say hot I mean REDLINE hot!! I dont know what I'm missing, except maybe three last theries...

1. Therostat sticking only cooling with airflow.

2. Wrong antifreeze typy (auto collant vs. bike), is there a way to tell the diffrence between the two? i.e.. color, smell, touch..

3. Could the fairings not be an exact fit and cause improper venting at idle?

Please help with anything tech or bolton suggestions... I dont want to cause damage by tempting the situation, but I need the bike for transit at the moment.

Thanks..

check the fan and see if is in a bind or hard to turn. it not only has to come on it has to move "x" amount of air to cool

would i need to pull the fan and manually power it on? And how hard is not hard enough to be moving, is there a gauging tool?

I had a 00 f4 that the gauge would peg out when the bike warmed up. Scared the outta me the first time I saw it happen but then I checked the coolant etc and it was all good, even changed the sensor. Turned out the temp gauge was up. Go grab a infared thermometer and check the temps while it runs shouldn't go over 230~ making sure coolant is topped off/bled and fan is turning on. Lmk

No i dont know if its been jetted, I've only had the bike for roughly 2 months now, a buddy owed me some cash so i gave him 1700.00 and the rest of what he owed me we called it even. The true status of whats really been done is a mystery to me.

I spoke to the dealer and they said if its not puking coolant all over the ground then its fine, he said the 99 zx9 had the same issues, the gauge is just a lemon, no matter how many times you replace it. gonna buy a thermo gauge after work and test the temp when its getting hot in traffic. Do you know what the Oh temperature is?
