Could be Theft as well.

lets say i sent money for goods, PP,but i made the mitake of sending it as "gift" in good faith.
well i dont know if its a coindent or if the thread brought some reason to the other party but i recieved a call back " seconds" after starting this thread and items were "shipped" as of this week so ill keep you guys posted
