so someone broke into my car update

so 2 days after someone wrecked into my new car im sleeping and my parents come wake me up at 5am saying that someone broke into my old car (which is sitting on my driveway waiting to be sold)

my neighbors dog was barking so he woke up and came out side and a black guy ran from my car into a chevy S-10. driven by another black guy. my neighbor hops in his car and finds them on the other side of my neighborhood and chases them like 15 mins away. he comes back my car is fine and he goes back to sleep. like 20 mins later his dog is barking again and he comes out to see them burn off. and my window is broken. They took my alpine cd player (thank i took the subs and amps out the day before) anyhow he calls the police and they stop a chevy s-10 with 2 black guys in it. my neighbor didnt really catch there face since it was night but he knew there clothing info and car info. the police say thats not enough to accuse them or something. hopefully when the police search there car they have my cd player in there so they can go to jail or something

update
so the cops come back and tell me they couldnt arrest the two guys in the car because thye have nothing on them and that just seeing there car alone and someone who looks like them isn't enough evidence.

heres where it gets interesting

when i thought about the guy and truck that fit the description i remembered this guy that works with me and ive seen him come up to work in a borrowed s-10. i called the police and asked if i told them a name if they could tell me if it matched. and it did The cops said they still cant do anything. so i guess i will have to act dumb for a month or two and pretend like i dont know and then handle it myself

I would take the old car to work and park it right next to his. Then just break into his if you see your stuff in his car...well maybe I am just talking big, but I would have to be in the situation in order to make a decision. Maybe a 4 tire flat and getting him fired should be calling even.

the thing is he stole this other guys cd player (jay) who works with me. They were supposedly best friends before this happened and got hired for the job together. jay called chris out about stealing his cd player and then chris got some other guys and a tire iron and put jay in the hospital.

i dont want to be like jay and have no cd player and be in the hospital.

plus he obviously knows where me and my family lives.

i can get his address from work wait a few weeks and then get him

i didnt refer to any races...i was referring to most cultures before the nineteenth century would resort to other methods of justice (hangings, beating, rockings, listening to celine dion for long periods of time, etc.)

simple solution, if this guy is thug enough to beat someone up, why didnt jay press charges and have him tossed in the poky for assault?
You need knew friends and most assuredly dont be scared of this thug, stand up to him and let him know you are not afraid and if he is the one who broke into your car, I would toss a cocktail in his and burn that ****er to the ground at work. see if he likes walking to work for a while.
