...and this is REAL respect for a fallen fellow rider...

This is respecting and honoring a fallen rider...

Obviously the guy was well like. Must have been a genuinely good person.

I get the repect thing to a certain degree. It just seems almost red-neck to me, To want to be the one putting dirt back on them. Sure call it whatever, but you are showing every bit of respect you possibly can. Why complicate and already somber occasion by acting like hooligans over something that is so simple and a little ridiculous?

This is the difference between people just buying toys to look cool and people choosing a lifestyle.

true, some people dont buy toys just to commute or just to enjoy the ride. it has to be to look cool or to live the "lifestyle".

I've known quite a few "1%'ers" over the years.

It's a brotherhood and they could care less what anyone thinks about it.

They will do anything for a brother because they know that brother would
do anything for them.

You have to admire that kind of commitment in this day and age.

As the old saying goes - it is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt.

While you may consider burying a brother to be ridiculous, some of us do not.

There's nothing "redneck" about it - unless you merely throw that epithet at anything you do not understand.

The thought process is simple - they are burying their own, not letting someone who did not know the dead man be the one to send him on his way.
