Storage Units

Looking to move my bikes out of my garage and into a storage unit...any suggestions on what size would be good enough to store 2 bikes with enough room to work on them as well as rates?

What side of town are you wanting them on?

Want electricity?

Want climate controlled or enclosed storage unit?

Concrete floors?

Im in Pearland? I keep my boat in a gated facility, electrical, concrete floors, plenty of room to work on your bikes, store spare parts. I pay 110 month... Now there are some different places close by. I pretty much know all the places around as my boat has been in most of them.

I say more of a boat storage unit as you will be able to store more. In the summer just put some fans in there

One thing to keep in mind. There is gang of thieves that routinely hit storage places. I'd recommend getting insurance.

Definately get insurance on your storage. Mine was broken into and they stole my four wheeler. They came back the next night for my bike but I had already moved everything. Security access and cameras didn't stop them. So by all means don't think your is safe in there.

For $600 a month I would just live in that storage facility.

What do you guys think is worse, a storage facility or the parking lot of an apartment complex in a neighborhood?
