You ever been in the position to ......

I am going to admit something here, I almost lost my cool on Saturday.
question put forth is:
Have you ever been in the situation where you had the chance to school someone and then passed on it?

Saturday, I was coming from the Pasadena cycle shop and on shaver, I see a car drifting into my lane. We are doing about 15 -20 mph and he snaps the wheel back to his lane. A second later, I see it again and this time his bumper is even to the rear of my bike and he is drifting over, I move over to far right of my lane and since I was wearing the half helmet, I holler at him to pay attention. He looks up from his cell phone pad he is dialing on and snaps the wheel back to his lane, looks at me and hollers **** You! and flips me off. I was like surprised, I said "Come on man, you almost hit me, Pay attention to the road" He then aggresively jerks the wheel towards me threatenting to hit me with his car.
He does this twice and then I yank my cell to call 911 and he sees and busts a U turn.
I decided to scare him a bit and follow about 50 yards back, he his making a run, turning here and there and I'm just laying back 75 yards or so.
He ends up taking me down this long neighborhood road with no traffic and up ahead I see a stop sign.
Here where I admit to losing my cool.
I was actually going to give this punk a scary education and pop a round through his back window passenger side. I actually had the gun (little .32) chambered and in hand as I laid back 50-75 yards. I had the opportunity to zoom up and pop his car and make a turn but I decided not.
He was running stop signs and etc so I even quit following him before he caused an accident.
He had no clue how close he came, and if I was a different person, it would have been an easy opp. to zoom up and put one in him and ride away.

what the is up with kids these days and them trying to bash bikers?
I sure felt it was my duty for all bikers to teach this kid a lesson and I chumped out.

I have his plate number, T76-RLP I looked up where he lives, it was last registered in '04 ! and still riding around on it. If it was me, I would get caught the first day I try and drive unregistered.
real world, the police will do nothing unless he does crash into me and even then, it would just be a citation.:eh:
hes a young messican punk needing educating, hope he learned, , even though i'm not a mean scary looking biker, he might have learned something, he was running .
I hope he would at least be smart enough to know not to do it to a banditio type looking fellow.

well, that and another clue was the messican flag bordered with yellow fringe air freshener hanging from the mirror, and the fact that the car looked like a rolling pile.
still, I could be wrong

the plate does come up registered to a "Delgado" last name....again, I could be wrong

well, this day and age with everybody on cell phones, its more important to dial a correct number than it is to stay in your lane.

I have many goals in life. One of them, is when I have enough money to throw around, get a old heap pile, and drive around. When I see a bad driver, just kinda graze up against them, and keep going. take out as many people as I can before I decide its time to light the thing on fire :icon_bigg

yeah, shooting at someone to "scare" them wouldn't be the felony I would want to commit. if you DO have a CHL, you'd know that.

Please don't try to "scare" me by shooting a round thru my window, it wouldn't turn out good for ya.

I'm not sure who the bigger in this story is.. wow!
