Anyone work for Mitsubishi?

Anyone work or know someone that works at a mitsubishi dealership? Im looking to buy a 2006 lancer evolution, but from what I hear its sold out everywhere in Houston area. I've heard of people making purchases from Mitsubishi dealerships in California, but I don't know how much that would set me back for shipping the car. Thanks.

Yea, theres a lot of places selling the 2003-2005 Evos now, since the 2006 came out. The 2006 has a slightly different body style (different front bumper and back tail lights), different interior, and an upgraded turbo with MIVEC system. Ohh, it also kicks the STI's haha.

Get an Accord and be done with it. Perhaps in time, you too can enjoy the fruits of being Houston's Most Elite Car Club...

They did a comparison of the 06 evo vs 06 STI, and evo won in acceleration and handling. They did however say that the STI was a better everyday driver car because it had a much nicer interior (which it does) and lower torque that you can play with.
