Not that it makes much difference, but I'm hoping the car was at fault and has insurance to cover medical etc...

It would really suck for the rider to be at fault and spend the rest of his life regretting this ride.

Lots of changed lives in just a few seconds.

i drove past it yesterday on the way to the beach. it was a silver sport bike, looked to be a Kawasaki. the bike was laying on the side wiht no damage visible at 65mph from I45. the attached pic shoiws where the bike was laying (red dot), the yeloow shows 2 orange cones the police had set up, not sure if that is the path the bike took or not. i though it was probably a low side and i don't see how a car could pull out in front of them there unless they were travelling eastbound on 2004 and a car pulled out from beside the greyhound park. I didn't see any front end damage on the bike.

sorry guys and gals, got more info. apprently home slice was being a hooligan and doing wheelies with the chick on the back. refused ems and i guess walks to 1765 to the chevron near kelly's. call 911 and next thing i hear he's being picked up by lamarque pd....so i don't believe a car pulled out on him. from what i understand, someone called in on him for wreckless driving.he just had road rash. don't know how bad. BOTH were wearing helmets.

lmao-jp171 "the white patch get in the way and off upper patchman!!!"

im sure i speak for most when i say that this is exactly what i was thinking when i first started reading the thread. funny how every single time someone goes down, its ALWAYS because someone cuts them off. every time, without fail, until the truth comes out. i hope they throw the book at this guy. at least she was wearing a lid tho and i feel bad for her.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure this was the guy who was just doing wheelies with a passenger, and she fell off. There was also a fatality accident late last week down HWY 6 in Sante Fe, closer to Alvin.
