Carb Cleaning and Tuning

I was watching on Youtube "how to clean the carbs of a pitbike" (I want my bike ready for monday night mini's) and I was clear until he said to adjust the idle jet 1 and 1/2 turns from full.

What does that mean?

I know to remove the bowl. Clean that. Then remove the center jet. Clean that. Then the idle Jet. Spray everything. Then put in back in reverse order.

Is that right?

At work right now but going to do it as soon as I get home.

Hi Ben. "From full". Means backed out from fully seated. LIGHTLY screw it in clockwise until it bottoms, then back it out the prescribed number of turns.
