I'm not opposed to a $10 entry fee..., I've already donated, so I'm good to go...

one catch to that though, I still think it should be limited to MH members only, and maybe a guest or 2 per member...

Even if they're paying to get in, it would suck if the BBQ was like a wednesday nite at ASI, with hoardes of squids running around everywhere.

chris post you ! we want your response or buck let us know what u think

and whats ur paypal .. so i can send u some money

options:

1. $10 gate fee
cons: people are going to claim they aren't eating or blah blah im just here to chill i dont want to pay that
pros: keeps the freeloaders away

2. MH guest list
cons: people using other ppls names to get in , "hey im uhhhh ownage let me in"
pros: can limit the ppl who eat

i will probably just bring my own food , cause i can just imagine how many vultures are going to be away the bbq pit

cooler with snacks and sandwiches FTW !!

Not to worry guys, I got it all on lock down!

I've had 100+ riders/guests at my house, nothing got stolen, everyone had a great time, no drama, so having 300+ at msr will be fine.

When you enter the gate, you will have to sign a sheet saying who you are, and if you are a guest of someone, and how you heard of it, and if you are going to ride the track during the free ride.(maybe more.... I unno)

If you have donated, don't worry about money, if you are a member that signed up, don't worry about money (unless you want to donate at the track, ill take donations there as well.

If you aren't a member or a guest of a member, and you want to eat, you will have to pay. (Price not yet determined)

I will have "my name is" name badges for everyone. You will write your user name and real name on them(will help peeps know who's who) if you are a guest, you will put "guest of......"

Also, no alcohol, no glass.

This WILL be HUGE and be a great time had by all.

With this many people I'm sure there will be a few that will act roudy, and they will be shown to the gates. I will be dropping off food next friday night. And if saturday I notice we need more, no worries, there is a kroger a short drive away.

No one worry, let me worry, this is for the members and guests of members to have a great time and meet each other in person.

To those that have ben to any of my past 5 bbq's, have I ever let you down?

I look at all these people as a challenge. If I can run everything smoothly and people have a good time, look at all the peeps that will prolly start tracking it and become futre mh members.

Full leather is not required, but you should at least have on a helmet, jacket, and gloves. the original BBQ thread has been edited and the details about riding the track are included at the top of page 1. see ya there.
