How about those that are on MH get to eat BBQ (list located at the food dispensing unit). Those that are not from MH do not get BBQ because they are not on the list. That way MSR gets the interest towards the track from everyone in attendance.

If there is enough food I say you guys sell to the people not on the list and that way you can recoup expenses. Shoot I don't mind paying for my food even though I am on the forum...but if I remember correctly I told Chris and he told me to donate. So in essence he shot me down...which he usually never does...lol.

I like the idea of using MH shirts to help regulate who's- who and the use of the list. My first question...(and sorry I don't know this)can someone send me in the right direction to get me a MH shirt? #2 I have been trying to get some of my co-workers intrested in MH, so I have invited three of the riders to go with me. I included them on my sign-up, will they be treated different?

i dunno bout the shirt deal. cuz we do have alot of members here on MH. i mean alot of people sign up, but the chances that everyone gonna make it out there isnt that high. alot of people are gonna run into something more important. but if only member get foods...i think it would cost a rage for the 8939838983983737 other people. last thing i want is a riot over bbq.

WOW i just hope all of this does not turn into choas... im sure that a bunch of crazy kids (not on MH) are going to show up & start trouble. i hope that stolen property and fights does not become an issue... there is going to be ALOT of VERY expensive stuff laying around... and "kids" like to stir up a lot of ... and with that many people walking around, will the guys participating in the “track day” have trouble getting back and forth from the track to the pit area?

i just think with that many people in that confined area is going to cause HUGE issues for everyone, and everything... and if all of this does not go as planned due to "outsiders of MH" will it effect future events for MH???

i just hope this does not get out of hand. SEVERAL people including myself are going to be there from 6:30am till its time to go home, people staying for that long of a peroid due to the "trackday" can not just up and jet when things get out of control. i just hope someone can control all of this...

*stepping off of the soap box*
LOL

I hope this doesn't turn like that day at Outback, so many freeloaders, it was sad. I think a list with the usernames at the gate is a good thing, , I dunno. all I know is that I'll be there.

I liked the idea of user name for your BBQ, if not on list, then sell em some grub and recoup some expenses.
The idea of the hosting location was to gain interest and get new people to show up for Buck and also for MH

i guess its time for motohouston ID and a membership fee that will cover such events, that will keep the freeloaders and haters away
