WOW glad your ok. If this had happened to me id been on the side of the road thowing up. ive had a couple close calls but never used a bridge side wall as a berm.

60/40 or 70/30 front/rear brake, it is very useful and can trim down your stopping distance immensly. Does a car only have brakes on the front wheels?

I learned to ride with two brakes its somtihng i dont even think about but if im on the front brake im also on the rear. used properly it will greatly reduce sopping distance and feels a lot more stable when braking maybe its just me
