If you are looking for an Italian bike, try DesmoPorsche. They are opening a new showroom just North of Eximport and will be called Houston Superbikes. Grand opening is next Saturday. They will be opening with about 20 bikes in inventory. They also have their own custom line of parts.

only reason why they're in business even with the price is:
1. people with horrible credit and WANT a bike so bad that they're willing to pay the 19.99% interest. lol
2. people have no idea how much a bike is worth

They buy bikes, a lot are wreck or damage, and "fix it up."
I went in there just to see the new ducati back then. This guy tried to sell me a 2005 600rr with "custom" plastic for 9k. That was ebay plastic. most plastic didn't lined up well.

They really tried to sell me a used 2005 Ninja for $500 over the MSRP of a new 2009 model.

They called me about 20 times after I came and looked at a Duc, but their used bike prices bothered me too much.

I bought my gixxer there, got a fair deal on it. Did alot of service there including all the aftermarket & tuning on the gixxer. I have to say I never had a bad experience and know for a fact that if you talk to the owner he will go out of his way to try to make you happy. How many of you complaining actually tried to resolve your problem with him? It's easy to come online and bash someone, but if you've never successfully ran a business I don't see how you can second guess him. Even more so if you never went to the top with your problem for a resolution.

no the owner will NOT go out of his way to make you happy. he screwed a lot of people over, including me 8 years ago.

I would not let them put free air in my tires.

If you have to go to the owner to get decent service, why would you go there? If that is the case, the owner needs to be on the floor doing the selling and service. You are only as good as your employees. I have never been to this place, but if I got bad enough service that I had to go to the owner, I would not be coming back.

Yeah really look up my business name you will rarely find negative feed back, if this many people have issues that is serious redflag.

you're one of the lucky fews. Also last thursday I saw a few guys with eximport shirts on riding all new ducati. Wonder if they just take them on a joy ride or is it really theirs.

Nobody said they had to go to the owner for good service, at least not in my case. What I said was did the people complaining try and go to him because I know he goes out of his way to try and make people happy. Probably not would be my guess. I also know that as a business owner it is impossible to make everyone happy. But if you did not give him the chance to personally resolve your problem how can you come on here and bash the business.

True and valid, but sadly we rarely hear about the good expereinces. The bad you read also has to be taken with a grain of salt. If your a business owner you know that.

Anyway the OP asked for opinions and I gave mine. I never had a bad experience there and did a lot of business with them, but I also am level headed and treat people with respect. In turn that was the treatment I received. The people who knew my gixxer know the work was top-notch and there are probably many more satisfied customers of the shop who just don't have time to come online and post on the forum. They must be doing something right to still be in business.
