I have no personal experience but I have had friends buy from them.

The same friends usually dont care what they are spending for bikes and a few were nipped badly in the rear.

When I was looking for my second bike I looked there, they wanted 2 grand more for a used 636 with 6k miles than a brand new zx6 across the street. They told me it was a good deal because it was already broken in.

I will say I bought my Z from them 2 years ago and was able to work them down and get a good price.

I'll +1 everything else said though.

Service broke the blinker on my wife's Speed Triple when she had it in for warranty work. They glued it back on and told her they would order her another one....they did not and kept giving her the run around when she called to ask about them replacing her blinker they broke. NET...they will keep your bike for a month to do service (new alternator) and then break on it.

Parts guy Juan is really good....everyone one else that work there is less than satisfactory. One man cannot make up for the ill work of a dozen.

Too bad their sales and service departments are not as tidy as their showroom.....all glitz and no delivery.

It also seems like every salesperson is an ex-motocross champion.

I talked to 3 different salesmen on 3 different days and they all said to me they were motocross champs LOL. It may be true but seems like a BS sales tactic to get me to trust them that they know what they're talking about. Besides if they were so successful with motocross I wonder why they are working at a dealership.

They are shady.

I got a really great deal on a Ducati shirt that was on a clearance rack there back when I was in town for business in '04. Other than that, not so much.

Ya, don't go there, and learn to use the search button, there is an ton of threads all with bad experiences from Eximports.
