He could have been clipped from behind causing the high side as well. It could have been an object in the road. It could have been an invasive maneuver gone wrong. He didnt have to be acting a fool.

Ian (ChrisScott ??) wasn't riding fast at all, he was hit from behind as he was slowing down (hit and run) when he went off. Luckily he lived, though, and is completely fine two years later.

I always slow down, because you just never know.
