Need opinions and pointers from the track guys on my gear

So I put all my gear on today to see how it all felt . I want to go with you guys on the July or Sept track day over at grand sport speedway so I figured I should see if it all fit being that I bought it over a year ago and have yet to use it. So how do I look? Another question is I put it all on in my house and was sweating my off. How do you guys keep cool out on the track?

Well here is what I had on:

Underarmor t-shirt and underwear

Icon field armor back protector (under jacket)

AGV pants with jacket that zippers together but only by the 8-10 inch zipper locaterd on the back of the jacket (does that count for a 2-piece, ive read some places they require at least 50%)

AGV gauntlet gloves

Helmet

AGV Boots

Is that all that I need?
How is my Captian Morgan pose? I need to work on that huh?!

I'd get a one piece set of leathers. A couple months ago at TWS (Texas World Speedway), someone went down with a two piece and ended up getting scraped pretty badly as the jacket separated from the pants. I don't if that would be much of problem for the AGVs you've got, though.

About your staying cool question.
Along with PLENTY of water and Gatorade put a small towel in your ice chest. When you get in the pits remove your leathers put the towel around your neck and crack open something cold. Sit in front of a fan and you will survive.
Anything less and it gets iffy. I have seen people, that didn't follow this advice, actually burst into flames.

One more thing,
A good rule of thumb when it's hot is: If you don't have to pee right now you are not drinking enough.
