In Dallas that is just common practice. Half the time cops ignore you. Search for DSR stuff on you tube and you will find all kinds of stuff. Those guys looooove the camera.

Really? He obviously knew what he was doing and in control and just having fun. But you got the right idea. Go ahead and ram him and kill him for having a little fun.
