BBQ insight.........

Well it's only a bit more than a week away and things are looking great!! Michelin Dave, Patrick and Motorcycles Unlimited, Billy Weiss RPS, and a few other vendors will be on hand for freebies and support. A great weekend to get your suspention set up!!
Just wanted to take a moment to remind everyone what is expected of you at MSRH.
They have never hosted anything this size and are worried about control over the happenings. Thinking of hiring security guards etc... I have reassured them that we are a self regulating bunch and that the good guys always out number the bad guys. We are expecting everyone to be on thier best behavior!! There are literally hundreds of thouosands of dollars worth of very fine motor sports vehicles scattered all around there. In addition to the trackday participants gear. Rule of thumb as in most of life, keep you hands of another mans toys unless you are willing to loose your hands. We are looking at a substantial amout of extra insurance for an event of this type and I would hope we can make this an annual event.
Paddock speed is very regulated at 10 mph. NO STUNTING EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED AREAS AT DESIGNATED TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS YOU WILL BE ESCORTED TO THE GATE, no second chance, no warnings. ABSOLUTELY ZERO NONSENSE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM!!! I'd hate to see your arrival wheelie/stoppie, go wrong and end up in the side of some guys Ferrari, get my point? Safety for the participants of the picnic, trackday, and members vehicles are our primary focus. PLEASE DO NOT SHOOT ME IN THE FOOT ON THIS ONE!!! LMS is hanging a lot out there, counting on your good behavior. Picnic, party and have a great time, but remember where you are...... a very expensive private club.

Sorry for the seeming lecture, I know we can pull this off without incident. Now back to your regularly scheduled program..............:notworthy

good of you to mention to others that they shouldn't be touching other peoples toys. seems like common sense, but it's not always common.

parking is gonna be killer! Have you guys thought about designated parking of vehicles other than bikes, for those who are not participating in the trackday and stunt show? That way, we (paying customers/participants) don't have to worry about our regular parking spots.

Just a thought i just had.

Well if it turns out like all the other track events you have had out there Buck then you should come out smelling like a rose. Your track days have always been great and operate smoothly . This should be a blast. I know you already have Alonzo on the hook for that weekend,if you more help you have my number.

I'm making sure I get there early for a good parking spot and pit area!
