Rider down on Hardy road

Rider down, Hardy service road between lynwood and Fm 1960... couldn't get details. Gonna try to swing by see if I can get info.

Looked like your normal boomer Harley type.
Black n chrome. Rider was strapped to the board, one of
Emt's was joking with breakers and the bike was upright.
