indysuperbikes wtf

Ordered a Vortex front and rear sprocket, a chain, a clip type link to get me to a shop once everything goes on and a rivet type link for the shop to install. They call me the next day telling me Vortex doesn't make the sprocket I ordered, so I tell the guy to put my order on hold while I figure out what to do. I find a Sunstar sprocket that should work, while searching I found a site that beat the total price by $50 so I call them back to cancel the order. Different guy tells me that the order has already been shipped, including the front sprocket that doesn't exist? So I'm like oookay earlier when you guys called me saying the sprocket doesn't exist I told you to place the order on hold. Now you've shipped it? What about the front sprocket? So I tell him to ship a Sunstar sprocket. whatever. So today I get a couple boxes, in one is the front sprocket, in the other is the chain, the two clips, and whatever the this is.

Seriously, what the is this? A google search turns this up

Which brings me back to my original question of what the is this ?

I called them once to order something and the guy was a . He told me I only wanted it because it was a race team and something like everybody else uses it...I don't remember exactly. So I chuckled a bit, then he said he could still get it for me if I wanted it. I said forget it and decided I would never order anything from them.

I'm glad there were 58 instead of just one though. Cause then I would think it was some installation tool, and I'd spend all day trying to figure it out and eventually make a thread on here asking for help. That would suck.

their prices are very cheap but you never know what you will get when you buy from this guy. I bought a bike from the owner not too long ago that he said was perfect a "10" in his words, then when I recieved the bike it was beat to scratched up frame rusting and just not what it looked like in the pictures. so after to him about that i figured there wasnt much I could do and I planned on powder coating the frame and buying new plastics. after having the bike for about a week i decided to change the oil and when I pulled the filter it was literally completely clogged with large metal chunks. to make a looooong story short I made the take the bike back. it cost me $1100 to ship the thing back and forth but it was completely worth it just to shove the thing back up his .
