Rossi will really make his mark on Moto GP!!!

I predict that Rossi will not make another race in the 2010 season.
He will sign with Ducati for 2011 and win the World Championship on another brand in the premier class cementing his name as the greatest racer of all time!!!!

if he heals, i wouldn't put it past him to race at the end of the season to get another taste of racing just to stay fresh before the 2011 season.

I seriously doubt that Rossi will race in 2010.
He doesn't need the money or have anything to prove.
Unless he is 110% healed I doubt he will ride. He has an enormous ego and bank account and wants to be healthy to enjoy the rest of his life.
I can't blame him.

I agree completely. The risk isn't worth the reward.

like i said, the only reason he WOULD race is so that at the start of the 2011 season, he won't be out of racing for a full year.

I think if he had stayed fit and won this year then Ferrari and F1 would be blessed with his talents in 2011!!
As it is, in a perverse sort of way the accident has done all us MotoGP fans a favour because I believe he won't want his motorcycle racing career to end in this way and will come back with a point to prove.

Viva la Rossi

Steve you starting the rumor mill?

I agree with Grinchy. He's not done yet. But, I do think Rossi will be on 4 wheels within a season or two. I would bet Vale will enter a few F3 of F2 races come next year. I do not believe he will go straight to F1. There are too many young and talented F1 test drivers that the teams and constructors would look at first. But, F1 is probably where Rossi will continue his racing career.

Question is: Who is Yamaha / Fiat going to place on the #46 bike the rest of the season?

Any guess?

Why do you say that Colin does not want to be on Fiat factory bike? I say you'll see #5 Fiat Yamaha bike in not so distant future.

DOn't get me wrong, Collin is a great rider but i am not sure he can keep up with the new youngsters, so if he gets to ride rossi's bike he will show his true racing state wich it may not be up to par with the aliens while running the best bike on the paddock, so at least if he stays with tech3 he can mask that being in a non factory bike. BUT I would love for him to be on on the Fiat and prove me wrong.
