this is just a reminder ..

no matter how far ur going or what your doing please wear one

i just watched a friend wreck w/o one on and he is lucky to be alive

it started as a power wheelie attempt .. then he was heading towars a curb and locked up the rear ... the bike highsided him over the median section in the parking lot .. dome 1st .. bike followed close behind and flipped over the curb

he has rash on both sides of his head :eh: .. im talking about there is a streak of hair inbeded in the concrete from where he slid ..

the worst part is .. he helmet was attached on back seat :(

ya it was crazy watching it .. its like i knew it was going to happen cause he was yanking on the bars trying power wheelies and i was like wtf are u doing w/o a lid ...

then he locked up the rear and it just threw his off i was like wtf

from 1st glance its leaking oil from clutch cover , exhaust fell off, tank dented .. just imagine a highside .. bike hits curb then flips over it

i hope hes ok .. when i saw a bit of blood coming from his nose i got real worried

DAYUM! but he looked cool though.
I am glad he lived to learn from his mistake, as you said, it might have been a fatal mistake and has blessed him with another chance.

+1 on the hospital...
The guy that crashed his R1 in Deer Park hit his head and thought it was just a headache. His Brain swelled that night and he went into a coma. Now he doesn't have all of his functionality back nor does he have his mind back. Sad case indeed.
