i really wish people would start taking their fast riding to the track. it's almost as if you can't trust people with sportbikes hardly.

Drove past this one on the way to Motorcycles Unlimited. Had 3 of the 4 lanes blocked off. Bike looked like an old OLD honda cb or something. Almost looked like a cruiser. Truck was a blue or black chevy with a dent in it. Bike was on the ground in fair condition with parts everywhere. It was raining when I past it, so I don't know if it was raining during the crash. This is prob a different wreck, but it was on thursday. There are too many of these.

People stay safe out there. Wear your gear and take the MSF if you have not yet. Hope the rider is ok.

closer then ever to the ultimate. Death is right there when you take chances.
Paniro is right. Take that raceboy fantasy to the track.

Motorcyclist killed in North Freeway crash

By PAIGE HEWITT
Copyright 2006 Houston Chronicle

A 44-year-old man on a motorcycle who officials said may have been racing a truck died in a collision in northwest Harris County early today.

Mark Cathey was traveling at high speed in the 18800 block of the North Freeway around 1:30 a.m.

Witnesses told police Casey was racing a blue truck just before he struck the rear of a second truck, a 2006 Chevrolet, that was traveling directly in front of him.

Cathey, who was not wearing a helmet, was ejected from the 1987 Honda Hurricane motorcycle and died at the scene, officials said.

sucks to be him......

this is when i point out that yo shouldnt be street racing a truck vs bike in the first place

should be wearing gear

musta been a stupid rider if he wrecked into the BACK of the truck.
most people race beside each other..not while trying to pass......

oh well......rip i guess
