Awesome video. Beautiful Bike. This reminds me why I became so loyal to Honda, and still believe no one else comes close to their dedication to quality and their pursuit of perfection... with every product they sell.

I remember when it was unveiled in the issue of motorcyclist magazine..

" AND THE SINGLE CYLINDER" on the cover. they had a few complaints the next month..

the K1 is probably 89-90. it was a hot "alternative" sportbike when came out. it was in the very first episode of 90210 (yeah I watched it. ) brandon is at a party, and the chick rides up. he later makes a private date with her at her hot tub. he rode

Yes, but post up some fun facts.
I loves me some moto-history.

Still waiting for Grinchy, flyingDuc, and Linz to come in here and give us some proper schooling.

I remember the unveiling as well.. There was supposed to be a super-mono series or something as well. That bike is/was PURE . I have a picture of one that was on display at the 1993 USGP. I was in love with that thing!

Oh, and awesome find on the RC30 video. Never seen that before!

Except for the fact they had a propencaty for spitting the transmissions out the side of the cases....

(seen 2 of them do it in the '90s...)
