I have a Two Bros system on my 2007 ZX6R, but it was there when I bought the bike used.

On the smoke issue, I'd bet that you're just burning off some of the stuff that may be on the packing and that it won't last too long. Ride it for a couple of weeks and see if it still smokes.

On the wandering idle, I'm not sure how far yours wanders, but mine does too. Sounds a little like a drag race car with a loping idle from a hot cam. Personally, it doesn't bother me, but if your's is excessive, maybe there's something else going on.

Remember that you no longer have the restriction valve in the stock exhaust, so it probably changes the characteristics of the bike, particularly at idle and at low revs.

How does it run at speed?

a buddy of mine put the yoshi pipe on his (eliminated the set valve) and it does the same exact thing. there are ways to compensate for it, but just ride it. its really not hurting anything.

w/a pcIII you can help smooth the idle a little, but it will continue to do it. Also, have you done the jumper mod? rumor has it, it allows for you to remove the set valve completely and puts it in euro spec mode
