PINKS All Out "HRP"

117500 pinksalloutlogo
BAYTOWN, Texas (May 26) -- By the time Houston Raceway Park officials open registration for the "PINKS All Out" event on Oct. 15-16, they'll be the last track on the schedule with open slots.

"It's going to come down to Houston Raceway Park and we couldn't be happier to welcome back Rich Christensen and the PINKS All Out crew," said Seth Angel, general manager and co-owner of Houston Raceway Park. "These weekends are always a highlight of the year for racers and fans alike and I'm pleased we'll be the last racetrack with spots available for competitors to participate in this very special event.

"PINKS All Out races generally sellout as quickly as the system can handle the incoming registrations but we're going to do something a little different this year to open it up a bit. With racers from around the country anxious to compete, we think this is a good alternative to the usual cattle call." Details...http://www.houstonraceway.com/index.php?id=615

Too bad they never run slower indexes at Pinks All Out....if they would run an 11.00 index I would take the vette.....(just to get it on TV).... They almost always run a 9.50 to 10.0 index.....better yet, let's make it a street car race, DOT tires and street legal...maybe an all motor race? ...could do lots of cool stuff...

You never know. They might decide to run an 11.0 index. You should take the green monster out there.

I would have to put a 300hp shot or more to get it to run what the vette runs....and that's IF it held together and IF it hooked....

I got a few small tuning tricks for the Vette to dial it in....it should go 10.80s in good Fall air.....then I will throw Rafel's skinnies on the front and go 10.70s....drive it to the track and drive it home....AC blasting...
