i've had a couple of experiences like this. First was going from my pw80 dirt bike to a honda CR80. , that bike scared the outta me the first week i had it. Then there was the first time i threw a leg over a crf450 at the track (at the time i had a cr125). Last was when i sold my wr250x and bought a cbr600rr. I had ridden other 600s before that but never opened one up and let it scream.

SexualChocolates 08 ZX-10R. I know my 636 is fast and all, but it's never really scared me as far as straight line performance. I saw Jeebus on the 10R though, several times.

2001 ZX6R. First time I wot'd it I got off my heart was racing and my legs were shaking.

Years later I bought a ZX10R and it gave me the same feeling when I first opened it up.

The day my 10 doesn't seem fast to me is the day I need to stop riding.

1995 - went from a 92 Ninja 250 to a 95 ZX-6R. I was shaking when I got off, but quickly settled into it...

1998 - My first R1 - whoa!!! I was shaking when I got off and never felt like I mastered it's power

1999 - My first ride on a Hayabusa - I couldn't believe they were actually making bikes this powerful off the showroom floor

2010 - my 2001 R6 after not riding for 6 years...still feels fast as heck...

1 year ago, this month. I was still learning to ride and practicing my MSF stuff in a parking lot. The first time I took my lil ninja out of the 'burbs and got up to highway speed was awesome. I still get that same feeling every time I go for a ride.

I raced mx most of my life. When I got my 85 ninja 600, I almost pooped myself. Later on, I got the 05 Zx10, and it happened all over again.
