Was there! Yup, first corner was horrible! Got no action what so ever!! One of the guy's was saying a car dropped tranny fluid all over the track. Going to say that's why so many ate it in turn 3!

Ww that sucks.Looks like he took a hard hit.Hope rider is okay and likes his new bike

Do they check for spills before opening it to the public?

Is the track responsible for the rider's fall?

They "thought" they had it all cleaned up and ready to go. After what happened yesterday to a few, doesn't look like they did at all!!
I'm not totally sure? I doubt it.

track does not take responsibility for anyone's misfortunes. It is "ride at your own risk" and everyone signs waivers. I ate out there "BIG" one time because of loose gravel in a turn...I can't remember which one.

That really is a crappy way to buy a bike though. It almost looked like he tapped the brakes mid turn and it just washed the front. And if he was going through a bit of leftover tranny spill, it wouldn't have taken much brake force to make that happen...I've put a bike down in a similar situation.

Just my opinion, they mentioned that after everyone was saying, "man, this never happens" Quite a few ppl went down yesterday, same turn, same way near. Was bad.

everyone went down going in to little bend. literally 10 ppl ran off the coarse. and about 6 or so washed out. same spot everytime. started to get rediculous.

I can understand if it was the rider and not the track itself.

But a lot of people went down for the same reason.

The track provided an unsafe road to practice on

Yes, but there again. Everyone signs a waiver before starting. After that, your on your own pretty much.

just out of curiosity, why is this in the GSS section? happened at cresson? good footage of the crash, we have footage of a shitload of crashes in front of me, I really try not to look unless it's in my line. I've seen a lot of people follow other people into a crash. good thing he didn't take anyone else out. hopefully he's alright, with his new bike.

He wrecked, got up and dusted himself off... walked over to the bike, lifted his visor and said... "I'll take it."

Tru dat. And signing a waiver to say at your own risk to me is kind of dusting your hands off instead of taking responsibility. I work out in the plants and safety is number 1 and there is no way work gets done by just signing a waiver saying any accidents that happen to you is your own fault and in no way is the company responsible. It's up to the company to ensure that the work place is as safe as can be. Safety should be number one especially on a race track. If track owners did care they would make sure the track conditions were in the same condition they would want to be riding on.

That was my rant and even so I still go out there signing a waiver absolving them of any wrong doing. Life's a b haha.

Soooooooo..

in theory... it very well could be plausible "mr. yellow line rider whose excuse was both tires lost traction in my video"...could be telling the truth.

doubt it. but possible.
