Stolen bike on CL

My 2006 GS500F was stolen last month from my apt complex and I found a bike for sale on CL that looks like her. Here is the link to the ad: http://houston.craigslist.org/mcy/1747588438.html

I attached some pictures of my bike below. Thoughts?

just wondering is all, not trying to be a jerk

If you really think its your bike go and check it out.. I really doubt it though, not too many people are retarded enough to post a stolen bike in the same city they stole it from.. Or maybe there are?

Dont doubt on someone selling a stolen bike on CL, some people are desperate. The type of people who are sellin it, need flow fast. As long as you see no I.D. they can sign whatever, meet u at a gas station, its all in the bag. Once ur stopped, that guy is long gone. Advise, look at bike in person as u were interested, if they meet u at a store, could be fishy, or they dont want u stealin theres. Look for tell tell signs, Salvage title, out of state title, bonded title. Also motor bolts, subrame bolts., see if they look like theyve been taken off b4. Jus my two cents. Gotta Watchem!!

Doubt its your bike

$2,300 well not too bad of price, If you have some disposable cash and if you want a bike like the one you lost maybe you can pick this one up for 2000 or less.
Can't hurt to take a look offer 1500
If / when they say no reconsider to meet half way at 1900

Good Luck

I was offered a Hot bike forsale. I stay away from that . Trailer parks are a hot spot for bike thieves. Doubt you'll find your bike, most likely in a thousand pieces, where it's worth more.
