How to make a stock R1 pipe loud

I bought a m4 today so i have no use for the stock pipe.I was wondering if i could some how make the stock pipe loud and how?

just shorten the can and cut the packing down to size and "ribet" it back together. twill be louder than stock, but not D&D raspy.
