The CBR1000RR is the best choice imo, great powerband and very easy to flick around!

Depends on the track and rider.....I could show you a few shootouts that had the BMW considerably faster than the others...

Heck, look at the latest Masterbike shootout, a bike didn't even finish in the top three...

The Ducati is not underpowered. It has as much area under the curve, it just does not have the high peaks of the other bikes.

Get the one that makes you open the garage door just to look at it one more time before the day is over.

1.) This is America, If you aint first yer last.
2.) Zx10 and zx14 has me spoiled anything but is slow except a busa, 08/09cbr1000, and GSXR1000. I have ridden these bikes and the Ducati. Like I said the duke is unmatched in suspension but doesnt have umph at the top end. The duc has awsome torque in the corners and down low,
3.) When I finish riding and put my bike in the garage Im fckn tired, I don't look at the dam thing till the next day.

Euro bikes are designed for Euro riding. If you havnt ever been to europe I suggest you take sometime to go to Europe so you can see what I mean. Start in germany and tour Europe on a Duc or Agusta. Its a completly different world were streets are small and most roads are one lane each way through mountains and mountains are always less than hour from city Thats why power is so unecessesary there. . Here in America the roads are too open so were stuck with just havn fun with horse power unless you live in Kentucky or North Carolina or Cali where you can do some good twistys.
