Young Hispanic? tan top on the Caddy? if so, not un-documented. If it is the same guy I'm thinking of he lives in the neighborhood next to CVS (Olde Oaks or FallingCreek). He did the same to a sis in-law 3-4 years back. Hit her truck in a intersection and ran. I called the cops but they said they couldn't do anything since no one could identify him as the driver.

Look around FairValley Dr or Woodbriar Dr. off Falling Creek Dr. (Walgreen) about a mile north of 1960
