Mr. D is a police officer, right? Perhaps, they can file some possible "cop killer" charges against the offender and get him off the street for good?

He has no choice but to retire the bike I'm sure that is scrap metal right now. No plates on the vehicle just a description from him and the witnesses who were gone before I got to the hospital and i'm sure isn't dumb enough to drive it around but if he is (I hope he is) cops will be waiting since Mr. D is a police officer all his charges will be upgraded one level. His arms are rashed up something fierce that's what happens when you ride in a t-shirt.
