Not a chance with how the countries budget is now. My units $800,000.00 budget just got slashed to $200,000.00. Soon I think all law enforcment will have to start making there own bullets. On there own time.

Spy drone is weak. Unless you have a missle to shoot at the traffic violator.
Like the one dude operating the drone it is gonna wanna write all the infractions all day long 5-7 days a week for 8 hours a day. Boring

The part I find disturbing is that it is able to fly for up to 24hrs at a time. That means they could maintain secret surveillence for long periods.
Watching, for example, a building to see who comes and goes, great for busting drug rings less great for personal privacy. I agree with the 'expert' guy on the vid that there could be issues about search warrants for that kind of surveillence.
