new headlight options

right now i have my sv up on stands and a good ways disassembled
my initial plan was to just change the fork oil and seals but i am on the path to getting carried away. i havent really ridden any since like feb, so i'm kinda prepared to say fck it i'll go into project mode with this thing.
after i do the forks, i'm planning on getting a new headlight. i'm not happy witht he stock naked sv light and have tried like 5 different bulbs. i cant get it adjusted to a way i like either...
i'm also considering a repaint. i have never liked this blah gray i have, maybe a bright red is in order. lol back to my stock color.
i might also wind up getting a digital gauge or maybe the svs gauges. whatever's cheaper, but the svs should just plug in. (my tach broke off witht he previous owner, and i have never replaced it)
i'll also be recovering the seat, or if the gods smile upon me, i'll get a nicer touring seat like a corbin or sargent.

so yeah, here is the headlight i have been pondering over tonight

do you think it would go with the sv naked?
i'll post a pic of my bike for reference.
