I have been riding for a long time now and never got an M class. It is a pain in the to get and have always said that whenever I get a get a ticket for it I will get one. I have been pulled over plenty but have never gotten a ticket for it. I am getting it a week from today though. My new insurance company conveniently got me hooked on a cheap rate and then two weeks later told me I have to get a license or they would drop me. Not a good idea to do but I never had to pay the consequences for it so f*** it.

Do you have your M class?

Last August I did the MSF class Sat and Sun (at awesome of course) then spent Monday morning at the DPS getting my "M". My bike was delivered on Tuesday (dealership wasn't opened on Monday)

I'm not even sure how I passed that .

Rode for a year or more without it. Got pulled over by and M/c cop. Cop was cool, but still wrote the ticked. Took rider test & all the next monday. Cop turned out to be a friends hunting buddy. Ticked disappeared after he told him I got my M.

Got mine back in 92. You didn't need MSF back then, but it did give you insurance discount. I think i was riding for about 2 years before I actually got mine taken care of.

I actually am planning on taking MSF again soon. As soon as I get a chance. Been kind of busy on weekends with family and swim team ...won't have a chance until summer.

got my M as of this year. After getting pulled for the first time in about 5 yrs of riding. Cop sent me home with 5 tickets. In order to get some of the tickets dismissed. I had to get a M endorsement. I went straight to Awesome Cycles and got my M. (Plug for awesome: ) )

I got to admit, it feels good to ride around legal than to be looking over your shoulder. Wondering if a cop is behind you. I feel bad for some of the guys I know that don't have a M. Always sitting in the back of my head thinking there gonna get there bike impounded if we ride. ugh

If you get busted with out an M you have to pay like 200 a yr to keep your license. I forgot what they call it.

I got my license for a 125 when I was 15, then when I turned 16 I got a 250...At 18 yrs. old, I got an unrestricted license and a big Suzuki GS 500E (sad to say, some of you weren't born by this time)...Now at age 37, still have my class M and still ride my bike to work 80% of the time. I started riding because we were broke and I didn't want to walk, I guess once you start living on a bike it's hard to walk away from it. I won't preach about not having a license, but I think your a fn idiot for riding without one. I'm glad that shops don't have the quick and easy credit card financing which make people who don't know ship about a bike start on a smaller cc bike to learn how to ride. I hope that one day, you will need a class m before you can buy one.

I've had one since I was 21. Even when I didn't have a bike, I made sure that I kept it.

It's all good now.....................
