I think its legal to have but illegal to have the bottle open. Doesnt make sense cuz u can just close it off really quick or if u got an electric opener, flick the switch if u get pulled over

I thought it was legal to have in your car, but illegal if the lines are hooked up, like, the bottles have to be disconnected or something.. oh well.

it breaks down like this, ok, it's legal to buy it, it's legal to own it, and if you're the proprietor of a hash bar, it's legal to sell it. it's legal to carry it, but...but that dosen't matter, 'cause, get a load of this; all right, if you get stopped by a cop in amsterdam, it's illegal for them to search you. i mean that's a right the cops in amsterdam don't have.

my buddy was pulled over in his mustang with it yesterday and the cop told him he would have gotten a 500 dollar ticket if the line was hooked up to the bottle.... the cop also told him it was illegal to have a remote bottle opener....

they have to prove that u were using it to give u any type of ticket. i leave mine hooked up all the time and i have never gotten a ticket for it. but then again i keep it behind my back seat and they rarley look back there when i get pulled over when i do that is. i have been dealing with spray for about 8 yrs and never had a problem.
