I've seen it happen in two weeks. I got a ticket in Montgomery Co (St. Trooper) a few years ago and it took them 2 months just to enter it into the system. So you never know.

No, I didn't. I figure if it's that much trouble I'll just get it over with. I doubt the witness will show up anyway. The court time is @ 7PM.

Just pay it. Don't THINK it is a moving violation so nothing on your record.
Can fight it, then lose it then APPEAL it, They ALWAYS get thrown out down the road, due to court backlog

ITS GREAT WORKS FOR ME!!! it took about 2 yrs for me to actually go to court, when they reset the dates they will make it like 6mths later....
That don't work in Judge Adams court pct4 deputy is required to be there no matter what or he is suspended with no pay. However resetting until the deputy in question may not be able to remember who you are or the specifics of the violation can very well end in a dismissal also. I do this through an attorney almost every time just for the fact I hate going to court and being talked to like by someone that breaks the same speed limit every day themselves all cops do it all and then play it of like they don't do anythind wrong. that goes for the judges also. Late for a nail appointment constitutes speeding for them.
Lawyers are not cheap but I have not missed work for the last 9 tickets I have had which more than paid for the fees he charges.
