How about, "It's easier to take a shower than it is to get skin grafts." I don't really give a what anyone does, but a 50mph slide in a t shirt equals shaving skin off of your and stapling to your back or arms. Just think...you could have an on your elbow for the rest of your life.

we never said that, you are just reading between the lines. one day you will look back and be like " my parents were right". maybe your actions dont hold your parents in a good light. and why would you have been through and back with your parents with motorcycles? is it because you dont have a car but squandered your money on a bike that can be easily wrecked or stolen? they may just be looking out for you. and you riding in a spirited manner with no insurance does not bode well with you level of maturity. what would it realistically cost you if you looped it, smashed it up, broke an ankle, wrist or arm. loss of bike, more money into your bike to get back to square one, hospital bills, maybe some skin grafts, time off of work, and no transportation when you are hobbling around in crutches. costs go far beyond just what you pay to put in the tank.
