Honestly there's no point to rant on his thread about it man. Everyone has there preference on what they wear when they ride. I wouldn't want to have the hospial rub the rocks and gravel out of my skin, but not everyone thinks that way; so just let them be and you take care of you and yours.

well you are correct. but it dont hurt to try to prevent it from happening. i called squid then i got cussed on and hated on. so be it. all riders are not the same we still have these asshats who think they are the and ride how they want. which i could care less if they go down and what ever else. just trying to piont out to use gear. and it dont need to be full leathers. just more than a tshirt and shorts. but hey if you ride stupid, ill laugh.

ok i wear mx gloves and yea they make a slight diference, jeans ....not so much..i've wrecked with shorts on and legs where fine, wrecked with jeans on and knee's got skinned up,

i've wrecked on the streets and had to have gravel rubbed out and it sucks, im not promoting not wearing gear for the streets, but jesus rick we 3 mph in a parking lot. Rick it seriously sounds like you have some self esteem issues and some skeletons in your closet. cheer up man we all ride bikes here

I mean dont get me wrong I usually wear my gear on the streets but HOLY shnickies dude lay off. Who cares if hes geared up or not. If he goes down and gets hurt im sure he wont come to you for sympathy. Lay off and try to get along.

im not going to call you a squid because you are an adult and live with your decisions. i will call you a dumbass since you dont have insurance though. accidents sometimes happen and it would royally suck if you looped it and broke a bone. that would be some tough explaining when the ins. company started asking questions. love the bike though. buells kick .
