Someone sent this to me.....all I've gotta say is...Good Job and Kinda glad I wasnt part of it last night and I'm Sorry Jason, I'm sure they meant well.

"Since you were wondering about the meetup, I wrote this up...
Man, what a disorganized mess. I would have rolled over in my grave if it had been me that died and that was a ride in my remembrance. It started off innocently enough with people meeting in the parking lot of the Pet Smart on Bay Area Blvd. There were about 4-5 cars there and a bike or two. Then some more people showed up in cars and then more bikes. All told, there were about 15 bikes and about 8 cars. About 9:00 they gathered everyone up together to talk about something. I figured that it was to let everyone know where they were going on the ride and the details of the ride but no, it was about a talking session. They said that they were upset about what some guy named “Mike” said on a forum or Myspace or something like that. They read what he wrote to everyone that gathered. The cliff notes were that he basically said that Jason got what he deserved for hauling down the freeway weaving in and out of traffic and who we should be feeling sorry for should be the victims of the accident and the friends and families of those that were affected. While what he said may have been true, at least to me anyways and most rational people, I think it was a bit tacky to say but so was what they did by saying that they wanted to go kick his . I found it to be extremely childish to say the least. Anywho, I got in the car and proceeded to line up. We left out and headed towards 45 South towards the Holland Rd exit. Some people got on the freeway and some stayed on the feeder. Some took off hauling , some laid back. I was like, what in the is the point of the ride if everyone is going to be doing their own thing? When you honor someone you stick together and ride together. There were people weaving in and out of traffic crossing all 4 lanes and then back again. No one knew who to follow. Then it came time to exit. Some people exited Holland Rd. and others kept on going. Talk about confusion. So those that exited stayed on the feeder till the next exit to regroup, next here comes a moron crossing the center divider in the U-turn lane to get in line cause he was in the turn lane. I was like oh wtf! If this is the way Jason acted by judging his group of friends, it is no wonder how he had a fatal accident. I mean I am no angel here, I have always had a need for speed and all but , I never acted like a moron! So everyone kinda gets grouped up again and then everyone proceeded to block off the entire freeway. This made a few road ragers behind me pretty off. I almost got nailed 3 times and some guy was right on my . He was so close that I could no longer see his headlights behind me. I knew I had to get out of the situation or end up a victim. So I waited until I saw an opening and went around everyone then proceeded home. I didn’t want to disrespect Jason, I think his friends did a good job of that already."

I kinda got this feeling on Wednesday night too when we rode down for the gathering. The "atmosphere" just wasn't what I had expected.

Anyone know what forum that guy wrote that message on the "Mike" guy? I would be interested to read the whole thing to see what made him be the bad guy.
