looking for a new bike RSV4 R or 848

i kinda looking for a bike now or by the end of summer. i have alway liked
Ducati 848 but i hear lots of money goes to services and what not. I hear like $750 for every 7500miles, but i also hear they cut the price down. So i started looking at aprillia rsv4 and see what they have to offer, with services. any one shead some light on this, it will help pick one .

I'd go with the RSv, the white is pure . Just make sure it has the engine fix.

I dont think you can go wrong with any of the litre bikes out there right now, with the exception of the GSXR I dont think theres a new sportbike out there that doesn't look sexy.

they are both great bikes, but really two totally different power clases, the RSV4 has WAY (180) more hp then the 848, the Ape would be more like comparing to the 848,s bigger brothers, both awesome handling, U wouldnt go wrong with either, the Apes are much more maintence friendly, and as stated all the RSV4,s have the new engines, and AF1 is a great place to deal with, gl

ya i know the rsv4 is biker bike but has modes to bring it down till i get use to it. i just trying to get any and all info on both bikes about up keep and what not. i dont want to take in in every other week or some thing. Af1 do they have any you can ride be for you buy? i kinda want to just see how they are. but i know not many places do that. thats why im kinda holding off i dont want to spend 17,000 on a bike and find out its not the right ride for me. thanks all

I believe AF1 will let u ride if they feel U are a potential real buyer, and of course licensed, I am on there Aprilia Forum, Micah is a cool cat, the Ducatis are not as much maintence as the older ones were but also not as good as the Aprilias, as far as the ride, handling all modern bikes are awesome, and I,m sure if U want something different and exotic U would be happy with either, I have owned and still own both brands as well as several bikes, I love all my bikes but will say the bang for the buck is in the bikes, very fast, very low maintence, and parts are readily available and purdy cheap, relatively speaking

I went to Eximport Cycles and they where not nice at all and didnt have any info on the bike. but yet they want to sell me one, i just laughed and went on my way. i am willing to drive far long as i get good Service and good info and help. That is worth my time and money for some one to take there time and help me with some thing. So thanks much for info

I bought the bike I just sold to Flying Duc from AF1. There support is unmatched. Unlike Eximport they answer the phone right away will and take as much time as needed to talk you through any problems or questions you may have and they all the parts you need IN STOCK. ANY accessories you want you can go look at and hold in your hand. I have had Micah handle repairs, insurance claims, accessory purchases, troubleshooting, pretty much everything. They never leave you hanging and their technical knowledge is ridiculous. Everyone that works there actually races motorcycles. I would definitely check them out if you're interested a an Aprilia. I know when the V4 Tuono comes out I'll be banging on their front door. LOL.
