04 gsxr gauge problem

ok i just recently bought my first bike and i now know why you guys ride (alot of fun). its a good stater bike but my odo and digital speed stays at 0 when moving. it does light up and rpm gas light an blinker does work. where can i start before having to go to a shop or buying a new cluster? Any tips greatly appreciated. Thanx

do you know if it has been re geared? could have messed the speed sensor up on the front sprocket

that is the first thing i looked at. i took it off and looked at it it looks a bit worn like an old o2 sensor. how much do they run or where can i purchase one?
