dont know if youve thought about this, but there are aftermarket options out there for fairings, or used stuff on ebay. might be able to get parted out fairings, rad, exhaust etc...do as much of the work on your own as you can...you might even come out back on top....

If you want OEM fairings, let me know. I have a complete set of Charcoal ones that I can sell you for a fair price. They are mint too.

price the parts and see if you can do it yourself for cheaper........ if not I would seriously consider taking the loss and getting a new bike..

Insurance claims are FULLY negotiable. You need to argue til you are blue in the face and do not sign a check they send you until you come to an agreed value. Go and get some market comps on the same bike of the same color, add on whatever accessories are missing on those bikes, plus sales tax on the parts, plus TT&L on the bike, plus any loan fees or interest, plus dealer prep fees. Add it all up and send it to the insurance company. Keep at it. I did this last week with my Aprilia that got totaled. The check I got was 40% higher than their original offer.

Let's meet so you can look at them and discuss numbers. I am too lazy to take pics. They are in mint condition though with only 1k miles on them.
