Unhappy BIKE IS TOTAL AFTER HIT A RUN.

so here is another insurance
last week i got on a hit and run, nothing bad just a hit on the side.
so took the bike to the shop and they wanted to replaced all fairings and radiator with the slip on exhaust, total bill @ 4500.
so insurance called me and said that the bike is going to be total lost.

now this is the problem and PLEASE HELP ME TO SEE WHAT I SHOULD DO???
I still need to pay the bank 6,000 for the loan
insurance wants to give me 5,656. for the bike as a total lost.
or keep it for 4,700 and still have to fix it my self and pay the bank THE 6K?.
bike has 25,000 miles and its getting old.!!
so.... should i let the insurance total it!?!?!? and then i wanna get a gsxr 2010 750cc.
i been thinking all day on what should i do.
let it go and start all over???
keep it and fix it??

thanks guys.... and here are some pictures from the hit!

dude, all your mods dont count. if they are removable, remove them put the stockers back on if you can.

i dont even get why you would count tires. didnt you ride on the tires you bought? they are not suppose to raise your bike value. for only 400 difference, i'll let the bike go.

my brother just wrecked mine and i'm looking at a 2k bill because i have no collision insurance.

and if yoiu do feel that attached and want to repair it, you dont have to buy new parts you know

i been really thinking it....
im going to call my insurance tomorrow, see if they will pay me for the mods that i added exhaust and damper, and plus my* jacket and helmet with glove(1,236.00)*
plus the $4700 that they wanna give me...... that should be good for me to just go buy new fairings and fix it back up. thats all i need, fairings and exhaust with new pegs.
plus my P.I.P. that should do it, right???
then ride it till i crash it again!!
then........ get a new one!

If they totalled the bike they are not going to give you 4600 for the repairs. If you do buy a new bike, please get GAP

So.... this is what I'm going to do.!
Keep the bike and the insurance will pay me 4,756.80$$$$
Fix the bike with new fairings and put the rest of the money on the loan for the bank.
The sooner I am done paying my bike the better it is, that way I don't have to increase my monthly payments and don't have to start all over from scratch paying 12k+ for a new bike.
Thanks guys for the tips.
