Rider Down w/ a Stolen bike..

Ahhh well a rider went down the other night....wasnt wearing a jacket...but cant give you many details to that..
But he was on a stolen bike a blue yami...looked like a R6/R1 cops confirmed it was stolen

Long story short..Cops said the D.A. would accept theft charges on him cause they couldnt prove he stole it..WTF

So you can steal a bike ride like a idiot and go have a emergency operation at the cost of the tax payers....doesnt get arrested casue he was drunk....LOL I mean REALLY WTF....

Lets hear what you have to say

I've seen alot of times if they don't catch you in the act of stealing it they only charge UUMV(unauthorized use of motor vehicle). Some stole my key once, her uncle stole my bike, robbed the chase bank on 249 and cypresswood, and dumped my bike in the ditch on spring cypress and eldridge with the key still in it. What's worse is the FBI wanted to polygraph me cuz I fit the height and weight of the bank robber. When they finally caught her the DA called me at her hearing and said since she stole my key she is still charged with theft. But two weeks later I see that walkin around free at walmart. As far as I know her uncle fled.

Seems like the law never works in our favor :(

With a "more than brains" sport like motorcycling, we're bound to have some morons in our midst who feel like they can steal whatever they want.

I only hope that the majority of these a-hole are weeded out by Darwin's Natural Selection.

This is why I feel the left hand should be cut off if caught stealing, first offense.

Would be a little more noticeable. But enough about the laws of oversea countries

OK, well I'm sure they arrested him afterwards right? At least karma is working even if the law isn't.

Should be charged with UUMV, like someone else said. What agency was it?
